Lasagnapology

So, two times now I have opened my big mouth and challenged my good friend Ben to a lasagna eating competition. I should have accepted my defeat the first time around instead of demanding a rematch.

After he easily beat me the second time, I realized that he is a man of strong will and a deep stomach. In order to express my respect, and to congratulate him on two solid wins, I ordered a deluxe lasagna dinner from the local Italian market, and delivered it to him myself this past Saturday night, for him and Kate to enjoy. He deserved it, the man is incredible. Congratulations, Ben!
